For example, within the financial module you can hide account balances and block certain reports to ensure privacy without limiting the data entry ability. In the production modules, if you have multiple properties then you can limit which properties users can see.
 
You can also set Read Only conditions and block users from editing and modifying setups.

Any users access to the data can be revoked at any time and takes effect immediately.
