Phoenix Exporter

Phoenix Exporter is used to transfer or "export" data from Phoenix to other computer programs. Phoenix keeps financial information in proprietary data files. Since other accounting programs cannot read these files, Exporter is used to transfer data from Phoenix to the other programs. To transfer data, Exporter reads the Phoenix data files and copies the required data to a separate file that can be read by the program to which the data is to be transferred. This separate file is referred to as the "Transfer File". The make-up or structure of the transfer file is tailored to suit the program to which the data is to be exported. Phoenix Gateway Exporter currently exports files in the following formats:

Phoenix Accountants Network

The Phoenix Accountants Network (PAN) is an all-encompassing service & support arrangement for your copy of the Phoenix Software. Included in the PAN subscription is:

Unlimited Priority Telephone Support. Priority is given to PAN members for telephone support. When you ring in for support, quote your Phoenix Serial Number and you will be put through to the first available support technician. If one is not available we will take your number and phone you back as soon as a support technician becomes available. A priority 1800 support number will also be available exclusively to PAN members.

Accountants Resource CD

This CD includes the latest version of Phoenix Gateway as well as previous versions to aid you in servicing your clients. It also includes copies of the various tools available to PAN members as well as our complete list of help notes, brochures, and administrative forms.
Phoenix Exporter. This program allows you to import your clients Phoenix data into a host of accounting packages inc. Solution 6, Handisoft, Xlon etc.

Periodic Accountant`s E-Newsletter

AGDATA will email you periodically informing you of any new developments, updates, & training schedule as well as any other pertinent issues.

Discounted Rates for Training for Your Staff

AGDATA prides itself on ensuring everybody using the Phoenix software is given the opportunity to learn as much about the software as possible. As a PAN member you and your staff are entitled to discounted in-house training as well as discounts if you or your staff attend a group client training course conducted by AGDATA.

Automatic Software Updates and Upgrades

When updates or upgrades become available these will be sent automatically to you on CD.
