When your free support period expires we offer an ongoing support package which represents excellent value for money.

The Phoenix Signature Service Plan (SSP).

AGDATA has a cost-effective service package that will give an improved level of support to Phoenix users. 

The Phoenix Signature Service Plan includes:

  • 12 months Unlimited Support on a designated freecall 1800 number
  • When released, all new upgrades and updates will be sent on CD to Signature Service Plan members automatically free of charge.
  • Priority is given to Signature Service Plan members when calling AGDATA for Phoenix support. If all support technicians are unavailable when you call, your return call will be given precedence over calls from non-members.
  • Members are entitled to a 15% discount on their Phoenix Warehouse subscription. Backup your data with absolute security and simplicity, no more nasty surprises with corrupted discs and emails.
  • A library of helpnotes on CD
