How the Phoenix Multi User System is Delivered

There are a number of options in choosing how you would prefer to work with the AGDATA team.

You can host the data internally or have AGDATA provide a secure hosting solution for you.

If you choose to host your own data and have geographically dispersed users, then you need to be running a Terminal Server or Citrix environment.

For multi users located at the same site a LAN (Local Area Network) environment is all that is required.

When away from the main site, access to the Terminal Server or Citrix environment is via the internet. Also you can connect wirelessly using the NextG network to access live data in the field.
