The single Touch Payroll feature keeps us compliant. The GST management helps me fill out our own BAS. I have recently started using the Mapping, Livestock, cropping and Weather to begin integrating my Daughter- in - law into the business administration as a part of our succession plan.

In 2021 we need to have access to up-to-date financial data in a format that is easy to interpret. Phoenix provides this in a program which specifically focuses on Agriculture. It is intuitive, current and it really helps us make informed financial decisions for our business.

We rely a lot on the quantities when entering our grain, hay or stock numbers, this helps when budgeting with our farm consultant. The program is easily shared between our accountant and our farm consultant, making easy emailing of the backups for their viewing. The GST function is awesome. I have worked with other accounting packages but Phoenix works for our farming enterprise. We still run a desktop version as the internet is not reliable enough for the live version.
