At ‘Allawah’, we have several unique aspects to our property, including our mixed sheep, cattle and cropping enterprise incorporating a cattle seedstock business, a long term focus on sustainable farming initiatives, and our ongoing commitment to regenerative farming practices to minimise exposure to seasonal risk.
Our close ties with organisations undertaking research projects including farm dam health, frog species, dung beetles, regeneration and tree planting, bird, flora and fauna surveys and soil health has helped us understand our property and its ecosystems.
One of the key challenges we face in our business is finding the time for the office. It’s not a task everyone in the business enjoys! Phoenix allows us to easily keep up to date with our financial position with the program trusted, easy to use and update, and critical to our business success. Information can be easily shared with our accountant and backed up to ensure its security and this gives us peace of mind.
