Refund Policy

This document sets out AGDATA’s policy of refunds for products and services developed and supplied by AGDATA Australia.

  • Subscription Services provided by AGDATA include Phoenix Live, Phoenix Warehouse, Signature Service Plan and Phoenix Accountants Network. 
  • All subscription services provided by AGDATA are paid in advance.  There are no refunds for prepaid subscriptions.
  • AGDATA provides an untimed free trial of the Phoenix software for you to determine whether our products are suitable for your business.
  • Within 30 days of purchase and prior to the product being activated, if due to technical difficulties or platform incompatibilities the software will not function, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund of the purchase price less a 10% restocking fee with a minimum charge of $60.
  • AGDATA does not issue refunds once the product/s have been activated.
  • We do not normally provide refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.
  • There is no refund available for product upgrades or additional user licenses.

Group Training – Attendee Cancellation

  • If you cancel your enrolment more than five working days prior to the training course there will be no penalty.
  • Cancellation of enrolment within five working days of the training course will incur a $50.00 charge.  
  • Cancellation of enrolment within 24 hours or non-attendance at a course will incur a $100.00* charge.
    * Depending upon the circumstance causing the late cancellation, this amount may be varied at the discretion of the directors.

Group Training – Course Cancellation

  • If AGDATA cancels a Training Course for whatever reason, enrolled attendees will receive a full refund of any course fee(s) already paid.
  • Any refunds will be credited to the credit card that you used to purchase the product or service. If you used a payment method other than credit card to purchase the product or service, the refund will be paid into your nominated bank account by electronic funds transfer
  • Any physical product, including CD’s and manuals, supplied as part of the original purchase must be returned to AGDATA in original condition prior to a refund being issued.
  • There will be no refund for any delivery charges as part of the original purchase or returns process.
  • All decisions on refunds and the refund amounts are determined at AGDATA’s sole discretion.
