This document sets out AGDATA’s policy of refunds for products and services developed and supplied by AGDATA Australia.
- Subscription Services provided by AGDATA include Phoenix Desktop, Phoenix Live, and Phoenix Partner subscriptions.
- All subscription services provided by AGDATA are paid in advance except Phoenix Payroll.
- There are no refunds for subscription fees already paid or payable as at the termination date.
- Phoenix Payroll fees are charged in arrears, and no fees are refunded.
- Where an Annual Subscription is cancelled part way through the prepaid period, AGDATA will refund any fees prepaid by you on a pro-rata basis.
Group Training – Attendee Cancellation
If you cancel your enrolment more than five working days before the training course date, there will be no penalty.
- Cancellation of enrolment within five working days of the training course will incur a $50.00 charge.
- Cancellation of enrolment within 24 hours or non-attendance at a course will incur a $100.00* charge.
* Depending upon the circumstance causing the late cancellation, this amount may be varied at the discretion of AGDATA.
Group Training – Course Cancellation
- If AGDATA cancels a Training Course for whatever reason, enrolled attendees will receive a full refund of any course fee(s) already paid.
- Any refunds will be credited to the credit card that you used to purchase the product or service. If you used a payment method other than credit card to purchase the product or service, the refund will be paid into your nominated bank account by electronic funds transfer
- Any physical product, including CD’s and manuals, supplied as part of the original purchase must be returned to AGDATA in original condition prior to a refund being issued.
- There will be no refund for any delivery charges as part of the original purchase or returns process.
- All decisions on refunds and the refund amounts are determined at AGDATA’s sole discretion.
