Refund Policy
This document sets out AGDATA’s policy of refunds for products and services developed and supplied by AGDATA Australia.
Subscription Services
- Subscription Services provided by AGDATA include Phoenix Desktop, Phoenix Live, and Phoenix Partner subscriptions.
- All subscription services provided by AGDATA are paid in advance except Phoenix Payroll.
- There are no refunds for subscription fees already paid or payable as at the termination date.
- Phoenix Payroll fees are charged in arrears, and no fees are refunded.
- Where an Annual Subscription is cancelled part way through the prepaid period, AGDATA will refund any fees prepaid by you on a pro-rata basis.
Training
Group Training – Attendee Cancellation
- Cancellation of enrolment more than five working days before the training course date will not incur a fee.
- Cancellation of enrolment within five working days of the training course will incur a $50.00 fee.
- Cancellation of enrolment within 24 hours or non-attendance at a course will incur forfeiture of the full course fee paid.
Refunds
Any refunds will be credited to the credit card that you used to purchase the product or service. If you used a payment method other than credit card to purchase the product or service, the refund will be paid into your nominated bank account by electronic funds transfer
- Any physical product, including CD’s and manuals, supplied as part of the original purchase must be returned to AGDATA in original condition prior to a refund being issued.
- There will be no refund for any delivery charges as part of the original purchase or returns process.
- All decisions on refunds and the refund amounts are determined at AGDATA’s sole discretion.
